Engels Machining is often recognized in the media. Here are summaries of our latest accomplishments.

5/22/13

Centerless Grinding added

Engels Machining recently added a 6" Dedtru centerless grinder to allow in-house finishing of our machined solenoid components.  This enables us now to hold +/-.0001 accuracy and > 20uin surface finishes on all of our machined components run out of cheaper std material and eliminate any surface scratches normally added during machining and handeling.  Call us if any of your components are higher in costs than what you can afford to pay.

New production space added!

Completion of additional manufacturing and warehouse space has been completed to allow room for future customers needs and growth of Engels Machining.  With the needs of modern equipment and climate controlled facilities, this allows us to respond quickly to the needs of future customers with availiable floor space to house equipment that we may need to add on short notice.

7/22/10

Additional Machines purchased to add capacity in the 3/4 to 1-5/8 (over 20 mm capacity up to 32 mm)

CNC with automatic bar loaders and tool monitoring capabilities.  More and more parts are being designed to fit on the larger equipment, and we have responded to the market needs of custom and OEM customers' machined requirementsk mainly in the automotive and aerospace fields.  Although, some have been medical related.
